The Wisconsin Humane Society seeks a full-time Shelter Operations Manager at our Racine Campus in Mount Pleasant, WI to lead animal sheltering and client services. You will supervise the animal care, client services, and veterinary support teams with an onsite presence to support the team.

You will report to the Director of Animal and Client Services and will drive performance, culture, and operational standards while ensuring high-quality service to the community.

Qualifications

• Able to lead a team and supervise staff and volunteers.

• Able to handle the emotional aspects of animal welfare work.
