Job summary

Spindletop Center is seeking a Service Coordinator in Port Arthur to coordinate the Person Directed Plan and desired outcomes for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will monitor progress, assess needs, and develop interventions to ensure access to medical, social, educational, and vocational services.

Requires a BA/BS or RN with human service field experience, and a Texas driver license.

Qualifications

• Ability to compose documents according to departmental and state standards.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Data entry, calculations, paperwork, and producing reports.
• Familiarity with community resources.
• Ability to build rapport with individuals and support systems.

Responsibilities
