Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Columbus, Ohio is hiring an Events & Programs Coordinator to plan and oversee recreational and therapeutic activities for Independent Living residents at Wesley Glen, 5155 N High St; Full-Time schedule Monday-Friday, days.

You will develop and coordinate events with residents and families, supervise staff, and ensure safety and quality service. We offer generous benefits and a collaborative culture focused on meaningful care.

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate, and lead community events and programs for residents and families.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated creativity and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead creative community events and programs of interest to residents and families to ensure effectiveness and maintain quality service standards within department. Coordinate activities with other departments as necessary.
• Create and coordinate daily departmental working schedule.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents at all times.
• Create and maintain monthly and yearly calendar of Events & Programs
• Provide support and guidance to Events and Programs Specialists as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of Credit Card reports
