Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to lead the clinical resident care services and drive performance within our senior living community. The role requires an LPN license in the state, supervisory experience, and a background in assisted living/memory care.

You will oversee care planning, staff development, and family communications while maintaining 1440 care standards and delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed in state is required; assisted living/memory care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to read/interpret safety and procedure manuals; communicate effectively with groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and be accountable for the team and their performance.
• Handle revenue, evaluations and care conferences for IL/AL with appropriate staffing.
• Drive Employee First by setting expectations, feedback and recognition.
• Oversee resident and family care and communicate with families regularly.
• Understand and lead to 1440 care standards.
• Perform admissions and quarterly evaluations; set measurable care goals.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and review medication administration; ensure accuracy.
