Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time contract in a dynamic school setting near Marion, OH.

You will assess and diagnose communication disorders, develop targeted intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student success. Strong IEP familiarity and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• ASHA-certified SLP-CCC is required.
• State licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility upon offer).
• School-based experience preferred but other qualified candidates considered.
• Strong communication, organizational, and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Perform screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff on progress and classroom strategies.
• Accurately document services, maintain compliant records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
