Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site school-based role in Winchendon, MA for the 2026-2027 school year. You will join a collaborative therapy team and support students with speech and language needs in an educational setting.

The role entails a full school year schedule, caseload management, evaluations, and IEP development with team collaboration. Massachusetts license and DESE certification are required, with school-based experience

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License.
• MA DESE Certification required.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students; manage a student caseload and provide case management.
• Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility determinations.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team collaboration; provide supervision where applicable.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
