Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Tecumseh, MI school district for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain) is required.
• ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs encouraged to apply).
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students.
• Conduct evaluations and develop IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
