Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract across junior high and elementary campuses in Texas, with additional coverage at a high school during a maternity leave period.

You will deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy, conduct assessments, and document progress while collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Active Texas SLP license with state credentialing.
• CCC from ASHA, current and in good standing.
• Experience delivering speech services in school settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students per IEPs.
• Manage a caseload across junior high and elementary campuses, with short high school coverage.
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and document progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to provide comprehensive support.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant records.
• Adapt therapy materials and strategies to meet individual student needs.
