Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role in a supportive school environment near Manassas, VA. You will collaborate with educators and families to meet students' communication goals.

Responsibilities include evaluating students, creating tailored treatment plans, delivering direct therapy, and participating in IEP meetings with a focus on measurable progress and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate students to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) to students.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and document student progress; update IEPs as appropriate.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Provide training and guidance to school staff regarding communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements.
