Job summary

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a Belleville, MI school setting. You will work with the educational team to provide individualized services and help children strengthen communication skills for school and daily life.

The position emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families, participation in IEP meetings, and careful progress documentation. Michigan licensure and a Master's in SLP are required; CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential for practice in Michigan.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP preferred or applicable clinical fellowship status.
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• School-based and/or special education experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping students succeed.
• Ability to meet all applicable school, licensing, and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to students individually and/or in small groups.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement evidence-based speech and language interventions.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs.
• Monitor and document student progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student programming and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress.
• Support students' communication skills across classroom and school environments.
• Maintain student confidentiality and follow policies.
