Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist to support middle and high school students near Laconia, NH. You will collaborate with a speech-language assistant and deliver direct services in a welcoming educational environment.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and participating in meetings with educators and families. Travel between two nearby schools is briefly required.

Qualifications

• Current, active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Availability for full-time, on-site work throughout the contract period.
• Prior experience providing speech-language therapy to adolescents, preferably in school settings.
• Confidence in conducting evaluations and developing goals for IEPs.
• Willingness to travel briefly between two nearby schools (just 5 minutes apart).
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in meetings with education teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language services to middle and high school students.
• Complete speech and language evaluations and articulate results for IEP/related meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and your speech-language assistant to ensure effective interventions and student success.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, sharing expertise to support overall student well-being and progress.
• Maintain records and documentation in line with school and state requirements.
