ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contract role near Laconia, NH. You will work in a collaborative school environment with educators and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language disorders in K-12 students.

You will develop individualized education plans and coordinate with teachers and specialists to optimize student outcomes, while documenting progress and ensuring compliance with state guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • CCC-SLP certification.
  • Active NH licensure or eligibility to practice.
  • Experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple grade levels in a dynamic school setting.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize outcomes.
  • Document progress and maintain records of therapy sessions and evaluations.
  • Provide consultation to educators on integrating communication goals in the classroom.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and share insights on student progress and goals.
