Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with speech and language needs in a vibrant school setting near Duncanville, TX. The role invites SLPs (SLP-CCC) to contribute to student growth throughout the school year.

Candidates must hold a valid Texas SLP license; CCC or CF status is accepted. Experience in schools, especially with elementary and middle school populations, is preferred, with bilingual service delivery valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in school settings, especially elementary and middle school.
• Strong skills in evaluations, caseload management, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech and language evaluations for assigned students.
• Manage caseload including two monolingual and two bilingual students.
• Complete case management, including paperwork, meetings, and progress tracking.
• Deliver direct therapy as needed alongside evaluation and case management.
• Communicate with teachers, administrators, and families to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation per school requirements.
