Job summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum requirements include active NH SLP licensure, CCC-SLP is preferred, and CPR certification; health certificate and compliance with all regulations are also required. This is a full-time contract position in Somersworth, NH.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure in NH required.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Current CPR certification.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations as part of the school-based caseload.
• Provide and document therapy services according to the plan of care.
• Follow physician orders and relevant professional standards.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes for each student.
