Schoolforce Solutions Inc is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students for the school year in New Hampshire. The SLPA will implement therapy plans under a NH-licensed SLP, support IEP goals, document progress, and prepare materials.

The role involves direct services in various settings, collaboration with teachers, and strict confidentiality in line with state and district requirements. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active New Hampshire certification as a Speech-Language Assistant, or eligibility to obtain certification before starting services.
• Work under the direction and supervision of a New Hampshire-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Fingerprinting, criminal background checks, and school onboarding requirements completed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the supervising SLP in implementing therapy plans and supporting IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech and language services under NH-licensed SLP supervision.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate service logs.
• Prepare therapy materials and assist with screenings and assessments within the assistant scope of practice.
• Support students with communication disorders in individual, small-group, and classroom settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success.
• Maintain student confidentiality and comply with state, federal, and district requirements.
