Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a local contract Speech-Language Pathologist in Monroe, Michigan. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide direct therapy aligned with IEP goals in a school setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree, MI SLP license, and the ability to work onsite for a typical 37.5-hour week during the school year. This is a local contract with possible temporary benefits and collaboration with school staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current MI SLP License.
• 37.5 hours per week in a local contract position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations across articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Interpret assessment results and prepare written reports with findings and eligibility recommendations.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and service delivery models aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication development.
