Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract School Psychologist (Certified) for a local contract job in Cary, Illinois. Make a meaningful impact on students' lives and help promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.

Conduct assessments, collaborate with educators and families, participate in IEPs, and implement evidence-based strategies to support K–12 student outcomes. Illinois PEL endorsement required, master's/doctoral in school psychology preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement.
• Experience providing school-based psychological services and supporting K–12 students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and observations to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective student support strategies.
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP processes, and intervention planning to promote positive student outcomes.
• Use assessment data to provide consultation, recommendations, and evidence-based interventions that support student success.
