Qualifications

• Certified or licensed as a School Psychologist (or eligible in Arkansas)
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavioral support strategies and intervention techniques
• Experience working with diverse student populations preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret evaluations and provide actionable recommendations
• Eagerness to collaborate with multidisciplinary education teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on student needs
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support as required
• Maintain accurate records and document interventions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to support student success
