Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Texas School Psychologist certification or eligibility
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Experience administering psychological assessments and interpreting results
• Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes
• Excellent communication with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychological assessments for students
• Analyze assessment data and create detailed reports with recommendations
• Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assist teachers and staff with strategies to address behavioral or academic concerns
• Facilitate individual and small-group counseling for students as needed
• Partner with families and school teams to promote student success and well-being
• Participate in student support meetings and consult on classroom management strategies
