Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Experience in school-based OT, especially with K-8th students, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEPs, progress reporting, and goal development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of students within the educational setting.
• Develop and implement individualized and group OT interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student growth.
• Monitor progress, document, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive life skills.
