Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Michigan.
• Experience in school-based OT practice preferred.
• Background in home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT settings beneficial.
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and teletherapy sessions.
• Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Organized, adaptable, and committed to evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students (in-person and via teletherapy).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments.
• Develop and implement targeted therapy plans to address motor, adaptive, and sensory needs.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and adhere to district and federal guidelines.
• Offer support for home-based therapy as needed.
