Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a School Services School Occupational Therapist for a local 13‑week contract in Arlington Heights, IL. The role offers a 37.5‑hour workweek, a daytime shift, and an hourly rate of $52.65–$56.70 with a $3,000 assignment bonus.

You will deliver OT services per each student’s IEP, develop and monitor therapy plans, and coordinate with teachers and families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with an Illinois license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP.
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work.
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive.
• Work across multiple grade levels; some travel between schools may be required.
• Potentially supervise OT assistants.
