Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid Indiana teaching license plus Building Level Administrator license.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize district data for decision making.
• Strong public speaking, de‑escalation, PBIS, and classroom leadership knowledge.
• Experience guiding curriculum, instruction, and school operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing instructional leadership and ensure alignment with district framework.
• Coordinate RTIs and IEPs, monitor testing, and support school improvement planning.
• Supervise staff, participate in hiring/evaluation, and provide professional development.
• Communicate with stakeholders to maintain a positive school image and community engagement.
