The role requires evenings, nights, and weekends as needed, with responsibilities spanning mission definition, policy compliance, data analysis, SIP development, and coordination of school operations. Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field of education from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of successful teaching experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act on behalf of the principal in their absence.
• Define the school's mission and communicate goals.
• Ensure compliance with Board policies and regulations.
• Monitor and improve student achievement through data analysis.
• Supervise and evaluate school-based personnel.
• Assist in developing and implementing the school improvement plan (SIP).
• Coordinate and supervise school operations and student activities.
• Develop and maintain accurate student records and reports.
