Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree.
• Must hold valid Indiana teaching license and Building Level Administrator License.
• Knowledge of district data software and data analysis.
• Knowledge of public speaking, PBIS, fiscal management and lesson planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and align with District framework.
• Coordinate instructional practices and curriculum standards.
• Monitor instruction and adjust based on student achievement data.
• Develop master schedule and student scheduling.
• Oversee student discipline and classroom management strategies.
• Supervise and evaluate personnel and provide professional learning.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate state and district testing and assessments.
• Communicate to promote a positive school image to stakeholders.
• Promote integrity and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Collect and report data from Code of Conduct and other reports.
• Assigned to Year-Round Middle School Assistant Principal; athletic director duties.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Unit Head.
