Job summary

Elior School Dining is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to oversee meal production and service in our school dining program. You will lead hands-on supervision, ensure recipes are followed, and maintain quality standards across daily meals.

The role focuses on managing staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and delivering meals that meet NSLP guidelines while supporting student experiences and nutrition goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Food Handler’s certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.
