Job summary

CPCD is seeking a dedicated School Bus Driver to transport children to and from school and activities. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain student seating charts, and assist the classroom team as needed.

The role requires a CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements, First Aid/CPR, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A post-offer physical and drug screening are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to manage students and maintain discipline on the bus.
• Must have First Aid and CPR certifications within 90 days of employment.
• Pre-employment screenings including TB test and drug test are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive CPCD buses to transport children safely to and from school and activities.
• Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain seating charts and student records; communicate with parents as needed.
• Support classroom team with duties in the classroom.
