Job summary

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Brooklyn Center, MN. You will provide individualized speech and language services, collaborate with educational staff, and help students strengthen communication skills for school and daily life.

Ideal candidates hold a Minnesota SLP license, a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, and CCC-SLP is preferred. This role emphasizes direct student work, assessment, documentation, and IEP participation

Qualifications

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential valid in Minnesota.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
CCC-SLP certification preferred or applicable clinical fellowship status.
Experience with children/adolescents is preferred.
School-based and/or special education experience is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals.
Implement evidence-based speech and language interventions.
Support articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs.
Monitor and document student progress toward goals.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student programming and goals.
Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
Support students' communication skills across classroom and school environments.
