Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services near Spokane, WA on a contract assignment focused on supporting communication and language development.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and participate in IEP meetings. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, Washington license, and CCC-SLP; CFY considered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates considered.
• Experience with school-aged children and IEP participation.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students, interpreting results and making recommendations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with local and state requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ goals.
• Contribute to IEP development and attend meetings as required.
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to assigned caseload.
• Promote a positive, inclusive environment where all students can thrive.
