Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in the San Ramon, CA area. This clinician-led team focuses on helping children build communication skills for classroom success.

Responsibilities include evaluations, direct therapy (individual and group), and IEP collaboration. Competitive pay with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active California SLP license or eligibility.
• Experience or interest in pediatric/school-based populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.
