The position emphasizes delivering student-centered services, documentation, and participation in IEP meetings, with alignment to state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or may be required by state or contract.
• Current CPR certification, if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.
• Current health certificate, if required.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Compliance with all professional standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards of practice.
