Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract-based role in California schools. You will conduct assessments, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary educational team to support Student growth.

This role emphasizes individualized plans, progress documentation, family guidance, and participation in team meetings. California licensure and CFY/CCC-SLP considerations are noted; compensation mirrors hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in California.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience with pediatric or school populations desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and in team-centered environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with diverse speech and language challenges.
• Develop and implement customized intervention plans based on evaluation results.
• Lead engaging therapy sessions targeting individualized speech and language objectives.
• Meticulously track and document students’ progress, adapting plans as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate care and contribute to holistic student development.
• Empower families by providing guidance and resources throughout the therapy process.
