Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) required.
• Eligible for and maintains NH Recreation Therapy license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in behavioral health and outcomes facilitation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based recreational therapy services within the Northeast Passage Clinical Team.
• Attend Individual Education Plan or team meetings as required.
• Manage contracts including billing, scheduling, and documentation.
• Advocate for access to community-based leisure resources and inclusive recreation.
• Collaborate with teams, supervise interns, and maintain records.
