Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide full-time, onsite therapy in Taylor, Michigan. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams across the district to support PreK-12th grade students and maintain manageable caseload sizes.

We offer comprehensive benefits, a salary range of $57,500-$78,000 with weekly pay, and a supportive partnership with AnthroMed to foster professional development and student success.

Qualifications

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of MI.
• Experience in school-based settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for working with diverse student populations.
• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time occupational therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, help develop IFSPs/IEPs as appropriate, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other service providers to support students’ skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Utilize IEP systems for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain dedicated therapy office space for sessions and planning.
