Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist for Orange County, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role focuses on helping students achieve academic success and daily functioning through targeted OT services.

The OT will work within a collaborative school team, implementing IEP-driven plans and ensuring compliance with education regulations. A California license (or eligibility) is required, with the opportunity for benefits including health coverage

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active California OT license or eligible before start date.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Adapt classroom environments and materials to improve student accessibility.
