PRO Companies seeks a School-Based Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The role supports K-12 students within a behavioral health framework and collaborates with families, school staff, and treatment teams to implement treatment plans during normal school hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field required.
• Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis.
• Minimum of one year experience with children with behavioral challenges.
• Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician preferred.
• completion of the 40 hour RBT training and Safety-Care certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions aligned with treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients, families, school staff, and treatment teams.
• Respond to crisis situations as needed and support skill development across settings.
• Maintain required documentation and participate in supervision and meetings for quality client care.
