Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
• Minimum 2 years in a management role with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily clubhouse operations and program delivery.
• Supervise and train staff; ensure safe, engaging youth activities.
• Develop partnerships with parents, community leaders and organizations.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate club programs to meet youth outcomes.
• Prepare regular activity and attendance reports for leadership.
• Manage club budget and monitor expenses against plan.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Foster a positive, coaching-driven work environment for staff.
