Job summary

Wellpath in Malvern, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. You will educate patients and collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs in collaboration with Charge Nurse(s).
• Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel as necessary.
