Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years related experience in retail supervision or management.
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives within the retail environment.
• Perform all store opening and closing procedures and responsibilities.
• Provide daily leadership and oversight of retail operations to ensure efficient store performance and a positive customer experience.
• Maximize sales through proper stock rotation, merchandising, signage, and inventory levels of new and used goods.
• Oversee inventory processes and ensure cash handling aligns with policy and controls.
• Lead and coordinate semi-annual inventory events and payroll/budget monitoring.
