Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Experience in a retail and/or production environment a plus.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License (NCDL) is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and production goals.
• Supervise up to 12 staff members.
• Collaborate with the organization's co-management & leadership team across 43 Employment Program Centers.
• Foster a robust safety culture and deliver excellent service to donors.
