Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Summer Analyst for 2028 in the Restructuring & Turnaround practice. The role focuses on restructuring engagements for diverse clients and offers exposure to cash flow modelling, financial analysis, and strategic advisory across multiple teams.

You will work closely with senior professionals to support underperforming companies, contribute to client deliverables, and develop a solid foundation in restructuring, bankruptcy and performance improvement through hands-on

Formación

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or other analytical fields.
• Comfortable with advanced foundations in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work against deadlines while supporting multiple streams.
• Able to function well under pressure and work independently.
• Creative problem-solving skills with strong business writing.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze and sort large data sets, sometimes unorganized.
• Analyze 13-week cash flow and other financial models.
• Create client deliverables using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist in bankruptcy preparation and administration.
• Provide research and pitch deck support with Debtwire, SEC filings, Capital IQ, and more.
