Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, commitment letters, and financing documents.
• Advise clients on capital structure, liability management, and restructuring strategies.
• Support execution of leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and refinancings.
• Assist on Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including financial advisors and investment professionals.
• Manage transaction timelines and contribute to client-facing strategy discussions.
