Key Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school (or equivalent legal qualification).
• Admission and good standing with a U.S. state bar (or ability to obtain admission in the applicable jurisdiction).
• 4–7 years of experience in debt finance, leveraged finance, or related banking transactions.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating: Credit agreements; Commitment papers; Financing documentation for leveraged and syndicated transactions
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
