Job summary

PRC Baker Places in San Francisco seeks a Respite Services Program Manager to implement the organization’s mission, drive strategic priorities, and deliver measurable results. You will partner with the Program Director and staff to ensure high-quality client care and staff support.

This full-time, exempt role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with four years of relevant experience and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Four years of full-time work experience in a community mental health program.
• Supervisory experience of direct care staff for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on policy, procedures, and site-specific issues.
• Participate in hiring, orientation, and annual evaluations of staff.
• Provide supervision and support to program staff, including weekly meetings.
• Collaborate with Residential Services Director on budgets and supplies.
• Oversee clinical documentation and audit charts for licensing compliance.
• Assist in quality improvement reviews and regulatory monitoring.
