Royalpalmshealth in California is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to evaluate, treat, and care for residents with breathing disorders under the supervision of Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

You will set up and operate ventilators, IPPB, oxygen devices, nebulizers, and perform arterial blood gas analyses, monitoring responses and coordinating with physicians to adjust therapy.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years' direct Respiratory Therapy experience.
• California Respiratory License NBRC required.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduation from an approved Respiratory Therapy program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reads prescriptions and evaluates resident condition.
• Sets up and operates respiratory devices per treatment plan.
• Monitors arterial blood gases, vital signs, and patient responses.
• Performs chest physical therapy and pulmonary function studies as prescribed.
