Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning seeks a Program Manager in Bel Air, MD to oversee daily operations for adults with developmental disabilities. You will supervise staff, ensure clinical and medical services, and maintain program quality.

You will coordinate with nursing and clinical teams, manage schedules, support ISP/IEP goals, and assist residents with daily living, behavioral and socio-emotional needs, while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field, or the equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Basic Computer skills, Therap a plus!

Responsibilities

• Oversee program management and daily operations for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Mentor and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations; monitor staffing schedules.
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and ISP assessments; be available on-call.
• Provide training and consultation; manage daily living skills and behavioral plans.
