The candidate will oversee records, ethics, and hospice/acute care services while upholding resident rights in a faith-based care environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and 3–5 years of nursing home experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical records management.
• Experience in shift management and staff scheduling.
• Proven ability to supervise nursing staff and collaborate with physicians.
• Understanding of resident rights and ethical practices.
• Knowledge of anatomy for patient assessment.
• Experience in hospice and acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop or implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate medical records and documentation review.
• Coordinate with physicians to provide optimal patient care.
• Oversee shift management to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Uphold resident rights and ensure ethical standards are met.
• Utilize anatomy knowledge to assess patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with State, Federal, Joint Commission, and HIPAA regulations.
• Provide expertise in hospice care and acute care services.
