You will collaborate with Nursing, Operations, Admissions, HR, and external agencies to maximize benefits, maintain records, and support guardians.

Responsibilities

• Resident Benefits Administration including SSI, SSDI, DAC, Medicare, Medicaid.
• Representative Payee administration and spending planning.
• Maintain resident financial records and vendor inventory coordination.
• Support Accounts Payable processing and monthly reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external agencies and guardians to ensure timely benefits.
