Job summary

One Love Agency in Idaho seeks a compassionate Certified Peer Support Service Worker (PSS) and/or Youth Support Service Worker (YSS) to support adults and youth facing mental health challenges and addiction recovery. You will build and manage a caseload, providing mentorship and advocacy across services.

You will collaborate with therapists, social workers, and medical staff to tailor plans, facilitate groups, document progress, and help clients access housing and employment resources while

Qualifications

• Certified Peer Support Specialist (PSS) and/or Certified Youth Support Specialist (YSS) in Idaho.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience with adults and/or youth in mentorship, addiction recovery, or co-occurring disorders.
• Excellent communication, active listening, empathy, and rapport-building.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a caseload of adult and/or youth clients with ongoing support.
• Collaborate with therapists, social workers, and medical personnel for comprehensive care.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized support plans.
• Provide emotional support and guide coping skills during recovery.
• Facilitate peer support groups and community activities.
• Advocate for clients navigating mental health, housing, and employment systems.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation and participate in trainings.
