Job summary

Unity Recovery in Pittsburgh seeks a Training and Technical Assistance Supervisor (TTA-S) to implement and oversee the organization’s training and TA program under the Regional Recovery Hub Director. The role includes delivering services in person, online, and via digital platforms, mentoring recovery professionals, and expanding reach across Allegheny County.

The TTA-S will lead planning, materials refinement, and coordination with partners, while maintaining data records, meeting reporting

Qualifications

• Certified Recovery Specialist/CRSS or CRS/CFRS with at least 2 years in community-based recovery.
• At least 1 year of robust training and TA or support experience.
• High technological literacy with Google Slides, Docs, Zoom, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work ≥3 in-person days per week at 801 Bingham Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203 or in the community.
• Assist Regional Recovery Hub Director in delivering training and TA from start to finish, including planning and materials refinement.
• Engage in community outreach with businesses and government sectors to expand reach.
• Handle scheduling, data tracking, monthly reports, and communications across digital platforms.
